The ancient high priest of the Sacred Order of Melchezadeck has majestically proclaimed the destiny of the seventh son of the ancient lion, whose heart is like the heart of Hercules, whose might is that of Sampson, whose roar is the voice of Nimrod, the mind of David, the wisdom of Hannibal, the vision of Shakka.

Fidel, oh Fidel, his name has an incantatory ubiquitous importance in the enduring revolution that extrapolated Mother Africa from the chains of the apartheid Babylon, who gave her perpetual power and the fulfillment of her divine destiny, and destroyed ad infinitum the malodorous Tower of Babel that deceived his quest for nation building.

Oh Cuba, if only you know what you have. Love him, treasure him, and teach him to your children and to your children's children for he has mystically prevailed against his adversaries and antagonists and pragmatically positioned himself and your Island to greatness. He has perplexed and befuddled the evil intent of the United States' embargo to extirpate both Castro and Cuba and in its boomerang aftermath his genius and tenacity has propelled your small country into a great nation over the last forty-four years.

He is a testimony to tenacity. His formidable strength has made his adversaries rethink their mendacious propaganda in a very complex, ambiguous way.

He toys with his enemies as Sampson toyed with the Philistines. God has recognized his truth. Fidel understands their global methodology is simply another form of imperialism and he was the only leader to recognize the anathema of the Colonial Powers.

In his heart of knowing he predicted the strategy of the polarized New World Economic Order in the disguise of democracy by default.

In his soul of understanding he recognized that deception, arrogance and manipulative entrapment today dominate the world through the Colonial Club. He saw Guyana, Haiti and even India, Africa and Latin America bear witness to the terrifying level of poverty and human exploitation in the name of the New World Order and he concluded rightly that the demon of social disparity has no mercy on its victims. He knew the charm of Camelot was a disillusion of smoke and mirrors leading to a quagmire of perpetual imperialistic rape and desolation in a crude and vulgar debasement of human dignity.

Fidel wanted no part, and they could not contaminate Cuba or Fidelism, which strives in its own way, to assuage the misery that is perpetually exacerbated by imperialistic incurious avarice in the name of globalization. Fidelism transcends their art of conflict to perpetuate their pocket. His strength is in his hospitals that heal the sick from around the world. His vision is in his schools that teach nations. His heart is in the fields and farms that give his people sustenance. His kindness is in his global scholarship of free education. He is indeed the hero of humanity in the developing countries. He should be considered for a Nobel Prize.

His enduring revolution is to constantly discern and destroy the mercurial face of evil so wicked in its deception that only Fidel, a warrior of vision, could shield his country and his people from it.

We must, and only we, who are true to the understanding of development and economic equality salute Fidel Castro. He has defined what is good and noble in the human heart.

Like all great leaders, Fidel sees beyond his time but moves to bring Gene Rodenberry's 24th century prophetic vision to fruition now.

Fidelism is a practical phenomenon that gave to the Island of Cuba over the past forty-four years strength of purpose and a philosophy and an ideology that CARICOM leaders must sit back and study. One being cognizant of the fact of the insidious crime that is being committed in the CARICOM communities and yet not being committed in Cuba.The stability in Cuba, the economic growth, coupled with the respect for law and order is a yardstick that we must, in the greater Caribbean, embrace.
